FT Form®: Flexibility and finishing quality of the preformed wall

The preformed wall finds new areas of application every day owing to its characteristic advantages: safety, productivity and ease of implementation. The strength of the “preformed®” solution lies in the constraints inherent to the design of any building (sealing standards, respect for the environment, safety, etc.).
Specialising in preforming solutions, Fehr Technologies has called upon its integrated design office to develop two new Ductal® applications.

The first is a cap specially adapted to preformed walls® which provides surprisingly superior resistance and sealing compared to conventional products: the FT-Ducti-up®

The second is a formwork joint which can be used to produce door and window frames with a perfect finish: the FT Form®

FT-Ducti-up®: The cap which adapts to all walls.
Made of Ductal® ultra high performance concrete, FT-Ducti-up® caps specially designed for pre-formed® walls provide greater resistance and sealing than conventional products.
They make it possible to retain the exposed concrete wall without additional finishing and thus create enclosure walls with an immediate finished appearance. Available for 25 cm and 30 cm walls, the elements measure 1 m for 25 cm walls and 0.74 m for 30 cm walls

FT Form®: the intelligent formwork joint.
Ideal for replacing the wooden formwork of doors and windows, FT-Form® panels constitute a revolution in the use of formwork joints.
A thin Ductal® panel with a smooth, clean finish, the FT Form® is available in several widths (16, 18, 20, 22, 24, 25, 30 and 35 cm) and up to 3.80 m long. FT Form® panels can also be used to create wall ends requiring no finishing and keep the exposed concrete wall without additional finishing.
They also present the advantage of reducing the time spent on removing door and window formwork on building sites.
